Chris Denny

President
Chris Denny is known by his clients as an honest marketer, a "straight shooter" they can trust to give the best advice for their business. He enjoys teaching small businesses about marketing via workshops and his small book, "The World's Most Concise Marketing Book for Small Businesses." If you want an honest assessment of your businesses' marketing needs, Chris is the place to start.

Chris started Lead Optimize in 2008 with a simple idea — give small business the opportunity to have a full-service marketing department with professional, consistent marketing.

A Houston native, he graduated from Texas A&M (forever ago) and earned an MBA from the University of Houston with a focus on operations, which is why he especially likes aligning a company’s operational strengths with its marketing strategy.

Cole Hunter

Marketing Specialist
Cole arrived at Lead Optimize in 2016, fresh out of an internship and courses in web development, ready to start his career in a technical field. He combines his creativity and critical thinking with his talent for writing and graphic design to produce new content for our clients’ websites, as well as manage them on an ongoing basis.

Christina Tower

Reporting & Bookkeeping
Christina was the first person employee at Lead Optimize, starting sometime in 2009. She comes from a background in marketing at small to mid-sized companies. After 7ish years of handling marketing for Lead Optimize clients, she mostly does reporting and keeps the books straight for us -- which totally fits her completely orderly and consistent nature.

Ela Miclea

Event Coordinator
Ela comes from a background in non-profit fundraising and event coordination. She sometimes assists with video projects for customers but mostly works behind the scenes these days, arranging our workshops and training events.
